Returns
Return Policy
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- We cannot accept returns on used products or items not in resellable condition.

The On Deck Seat comes with a 30-day performance guarantee. If there's any issue with the durability or function due to manufacturing, we'll replace it or refund you — no hassle.
Not Covered:
- Damage from misuse or modification
- General wear and tear
- Improper storage or transport (e.g., left in extreme heat)

Shipping
Shipping Policy
- Crafted for the Game. Orders are expected to ship within approximately 2 to 3 weeks, and many orders will ship sooner.
- We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
- Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on your location.
- FREE shipping on all U.S. orders.
- Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
- During periods of exceptionally high demand, fulfillment times may extend slightly. If that happens, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
