Returns
Return Policy
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
- We cannot accept returns on used products or items not in resellable condition.

The On Deck Seat comes with a 30-day performance guarantee. If there's any issue with the durability or function due to manufacturing, we'll replace it or refund you — no hassle.

- Pre-Order Items — Certain products may be offered as pre-orders. Current production runs are estimated to ship within approximately 3–4 weeks unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- We currently ship anywhere in the U.S.
- Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground (based on region)
- FREE shipping on all orders
- Tracking provided via email once your order ships
